Michael DePrisco, President & CEO IMA


As IMA President and CEO, Mike leads the strategic direction of IMA’s global network of more than 135,000 members in 140 countries and 300 professional student chapters. 

Previously, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at the Project Manage- ment Institute (PMI). He joined PMI in 2013 and has held several roles within the organization including interim CEO, COO, Vice Pres- ident, Global Membership & Chapters, and Vice President, Academic and Educational Programs. Prior to PMI, Mike served in executive positions in higher education.

He has a Bachelor's and Master’s of Science degrees from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania and holds a Certificate in Company Direction (International) from the Institute of Directors. 

John Iannarelli, ESQ, CSP FBI Special Agent (Ret.)

As a retired FBI Special Agent, keynote speaker, author, consultant, and cybersecurity expert, John has spent his career dedicated to keeping people safe in the cyber and physical world.

John is currently a keynote speaker for hire, and national television news contributor speaking on how to keep people and businesses safe using his over 20 years experience in the FBI.

John has authored five books on the topics of cybersecurity, safety, and security, and he is a licensed attorney and National Speaker Association Certified Speaking Professional.

During his time in the FBI, he has responded to several extensive investigations, including the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attacks, Congress- woman Gabrielle Giffords shooting, and the Sony hack, and even met Pope Francis at that Vatican.

Through his keynote speeches and consulting work, John is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise with businesses, organizations, and individuals to help them stay ahead of potential threats and keep their people safe.

 

 

Gaby Lahoud, CFA, CMA, CSCA, PMP, Argus, MBA

Gaby Lahoud is a Global Strategist, CFO Veteran, and Storyteller with 25+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and data analytics across the MENA, Europe, and USA. He transitioned from senior corporate roles (CFO) to launching three global advisory and training firms, including Serenity Advisors and B Certified Pro.
Gaby is renowned for his signature "Field Marshal" storytelling twist, transforming complex business data into vivid, unforgettable narratives. He reveals the hidden human drama behind the numbers, ensuring that lessons on how strategy sinks or swims stick long after the session ends.
Dubbed the "CMA Guru" by IMA and Fortune 100 companies, Gaby is an award-winning educator and corporate trainer with 15+ years of teaching experience (CMA, CFA, MBA). He is a leader in professional governance, having served on the IMA Global Board and currently as Chairman of the IMA Ohio Regional Council.

Alan Mallory, CSP, MA, BSc, PE, PMP

Alan is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about leadership and reaching new heights in all that we do! His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on goals and results. By understanding what drives and motivates us, we are able to cultivate more innovative and effective ways of thinking and taking action. Alan holds a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Masters in Psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. Alan has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager developing patents and solutions to complex challenges in the mining and metals industry. Living and working abroad has given him the opportunity to deepen his understanding of individual and team challenges, better appreciate cultural diversity and successfully adapt to different organizational structures. Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, in the spring of 2008 Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his im- mediate family. It was a two-month expedition through some of the most exciting yet terrifying conditions imaginable and their success demanded an unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take in order to achieve breakthrough performance.

Toby Rittner, President & CEO Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA)

Toby Rittner is the President & CEO of Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA). CDFA is a national association dedicated to the advancement of development finance concerns and interests. CDFA is comprised of the nation’s leading and most knowledgeable members of the development finance community representing hundreds of public, private and non-profit development entities. Members are state, county and municipal development finance agencies and authorities that provide or otherwise support economic development financing programs.


Rittner is a frequent speaker at local, state and national conferences and events focused on economic development finance. He has been featured extensively in The Bond Buyer, Wall Street Journal, Bloom- berg, NPR and other national media publications concerning the advancement of development finance tools. He is the author of CDFA's highly acclaimed Practitioner's Guide to Economic Development Finance and an adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University and Carnegie Mellon University. Rittner has also advised state and federal government leaders, including President Obama’s Administration Transition Team, on economic development finance policy.


Mr. Rittner previously served on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Financial Advisory Board. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Community Fund I, LLC and is also a member of the Advisory Board for Heritage Ohio. Mr. Rittner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master's of City and Regional Planning degree from The Ohio State University. Mr. Rittner was awarded the Ohio State College of Engineering Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2016.

Kristie Stocker, CEO Kinetik Edge LLC


Kristie is CEO of Kinetik Edge LLC, a leadership coaching and training company that works with driven professionals and executives who want to boost profits, gain productivity and build an unshakeable lead- ership advantage. Kristie comes with 20 years of past experience in marketing and communications for a multi-billion dollar corporation, so she knows a thing or three about working with different personalities, various teams and differing opinions (all under crazy deadlines).
She’s been teaching and mentoring driven professionals since 2002 on how to advance their self-leadership skills and take their success to unbelievable levels. Her clients like Bosch, Lockheed-Martin Leadership Association, Institute of Management Accountants and National Management Association know Kristie as the expert in helping them be- come excuse-breaking, fear-crushing, goal-exceeding leaders.


Her claim to fame is a seemingly never-ending (mostly non-caffeinated) supply of energy because fun is the name of her game. When she’s not training for her next race, conducting leadership retreats or coaching high-achievers to become sought-after leaders, she's helping thou- sands of audience members and clients create the purpose-filled life they’ve always wanted.
